Each panel ships in a custom double-layered crate: a foam-lined inner box suspends the marble, and a reinforced plywood outer crate absorbs impact. We've shipped hundreds worldwide with less than 0.5% damage rate. Free replacement if yours arrives damaged.
Each panel comes with pre-installed heavy-duty hanging hardware (two D-rings with wire, tested up to 30kg / 66lbs). You'll need a standard wall anchor rated for 15kg+ (not included). We recommend a 2-person lift for panels over 600mm wide.
Dust gently with a soft microfiber cloth. For smudges, lightly dampen with water — no soap, no chemicals, no abrasive cleaners. Keep out of direct UV sunlight for prolonged periods. The lacquer finish is UV-stable, but natural stone pigments can fade over decades in direct sun.
