Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in their original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of handmade wax, if your piece arrives damaged or melted during transit, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.

Use a Protective Tray

Mind the Embellishments
