Your photo is the exact blueprint for the carving. We carve the leather on a strict 1:1 basis, capturing the exact posture, gaze, and expression shown in the image. Therefore, you MUST provide a high-resolution, clear photo of your pet's full face or a distinct side profile. Blurry, heavily filtered, or poorly lit photos cannot be used for this level of detailed bas-relief art.
True luxury requires patience. From the initial layout to the layer-by-layer penetration dyeing and the final 4-layer leather assembly, each pendant requires extensive handcrafting. Return & Exchange Policy
